Kalyn and Micah are the founders of Fireheart Dog Gear, a family-owned business dedicated to creating durable, custom Biothane gear for working dogs, active companions, and the people who love them. Together for nearly a decade and married for seven years, they share their home with two children and four dogs, including Kalyn's service dog, whose journey inspired the creation of Fireheart Dog Gear.

After experiencing the challenge of finding high-quality custom Biothane equipment without long wait times, Kalyn and Micah decided to learn the craft themselves. What began as a solution for their own needs quickly grew into a passion for providing thoughtfully handcrafted gear to fellow dog owners.
